| P.D. No. 1096 The 1977 National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) 2004 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) Effective 01 May 2005
Notes: This material is posted here particularly since all registered and licensed architects (RLAs) must somehow know how to compute the cost of building permits in general, and architectural permits specifically. As agents of the Client, the RLAs must be able to properly (knowledgeably) apprise the Client of this major cost item and not be entirely reliant/ dependent on figures computed/ released/ assessed by third parties such as Construction Managers, Constructors and Building Officials.
A prior reading of the rest of the NBCP 2004 R-IRR (posted elsewhere in the Latest Publications section of this website) is required before an RLA can make full use of this document.
